Charleston Digital Trains was established in June of 1999 in order to
introduce other model railroad hobbyists to the advantages of operating
their railroads with Digital Command Control.

All products are warranted to perform as
stated by the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with the performance of
your purchase, please contact us immediately for a refund or exchange. (Please

The privacy of our customers is our #1
concern. We respect your privacy and will not sell or rent your name or any
information you provide to us. CharlestonDigitalTrains.com
utilizes state of the art security technology for online transactions. Our
secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet
transactions stay private and protected. Your name, address, and credit card
number - plus everything else about your order - cannot be read by anyone else
as the information travels from your computer to ours. We do NOT store
credit card information on our servers.

Shopping at Charleston
Digital Trains
is very easy! Just follow the instructions below:
Looking for a particular item? You can:
A. Use the Search button to quickly Find what you're
looking for.
Simply type in a search word or part number, then click the Search
Button.
A list of items matching your search terms will appear.
B. Browse through the various categories and sub-categories
of items listed on the left side of the screen.
C. You can also click on the item name or image in the Item column for
more information.
This will take you to a page that describes the item in more detail.
Also, when available, this page will give a link at the bottom of the page to
take you to the manufacturer's web site for more details about the item. Click
on: Manufacturer's Detail Info.
Placing
your order:
After you find the item you want, click Add to Cart button to place it
in your shopping basket.
After
adding an item to your cart you may:
A.
Click on Click here to continue Shopping at bottom of page.
B.
Or, you may choose Send Order button, if all items are in your shopping
cart.
Your
order must be over the $20.00 minimum in order to Send Order.
After
you choose Send Order you will be presented with a screen to register as
a new user or enter your user login.
Your
user login is your Email Address. First time buyers choose New User Sign In.
At
the bottom of your Customer Information screen you may choose your shipping
method.
Paying
for your purchase:
Once you have verified your shipping information,
You
may choose a Payment Method of MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, PayPal or Check.
After choosing
a Payment Method, then click the Select Shipping Method button.
To review your order, change quantities, or delete an unwanted item:
click
on View Cart at the top of the page.

Shipping
We can ship to any address in the United States or Canada.
And to most international addresses.
Most orders will ship the same day, however
please allow one business day for processing.
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping costs are based on United Parcel
Service shipping charges or Priority Mail charges.
Some items cannot be shipped via UPS.
If your order contains an item which cannot be shipped via UPS,
you will be notified of any additional shipping charges before shipment,
and your order will be shipped upon your approval of these additional
charges.
Please verify that all information is
correct before submitting your order.
Some items may be over packed, and some orders may arrive in separate boxes.
Please verify that your order is correct, complete and in acceptable
condition before signing for receipt.
Charleston Digital
Trains cannot be held responsible for any
shipment that is damaged,
or incomplete after you sign for receipt. Please note any discrepancies
before signing for shipments.
International Orders
Shipping costs for international orders are difficult to estimate.
We ship international orders via International or Priority Mail.
Our estimated shipping charge will be $20.00 plus 5% of order total.
In the event that actual fees exceed the estimate we will add this fee to your order total.
Sales taxes
Sales tax is applied ONLY to customers in
South Carolina because Charleston Digital Trains
is based in South Carolina. No sales tax is applied to orders shipped to
other states.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior
authorization from Charleston Digital Trains.
Please request a return authorization number. Please
include the return Authorization Number
and a copy of the packing slip for a return or exchange. We regret that
shipping charges are not refundable.
Order Status
After placing your order you may return to CharlestonDigitalTrains.com the following day
to check the status of your order.
Simply choose My Account at the top of the page to check the status
of your order.
